Bishop Alu. Dining Chair was designed to reproduce a classic look, and yet with elements hewn down to a clean and minimalism level, while engineered for commercial and hospitality functionality and durability without compromise. It's stackable and has a 350 lbs seating capacity, 100 lbs higher than common standard for residential needs.

The design has two versions, an all metal Silver Grey version with seat being made of solid sheet alu painted in a dark Charcoal finish than the rest of the frame, and a white frame version with reticulated outdoor wicker seat that is replaceable overtime, to give extra comfort and allowing new and updated wicker design looks to be put on the same chair frame, with simple assembly mechanism. The seat being a simple flat piece also allows low delivery cost when it's time to replace.

The construction also involves small but outstanding details. The alu. arm-front has a consistent 10mm radius rounded edge, constructed by adding a solid alu rod inside the miter-cut to avoid sharp ends for consumer safety, rather than a pointy miter-cut seen in most other luxury brands.

Bishop chair also has TWO layers of powder coating even being an alu. chair - a primer coating under the color coat. This was requested by the brand chief engineer and designer to increase powder coating adhesiveness, and also a reason why all edges and corners look soft and well finished - due to the pure total thickness of the double-coating.
