Myung Jin, Inc.

Founded in 1982 by Ruth Friend, whose given name is Myung Jin, the company originally designed and produced handwoven chenille in house, as well as cottons from India. Jackie Little joined the company in 1992, and production expanded to include original designs woven in domestic as well as European mills. Myung Jin, Inc. is represented in 13 showrooms in the United States and is recognized as an innovative leader in woven design. Ruth and Jackie's interest in historical, ethnic, and classical design, along with their technical knowledge as weavers, combine to create a collection with depth in textural combinations and a color palate that is natural and comtemporary.
