The Ground Up Prototype was based on the modern industrial warehouse. The Ground Up Prototype has and elevated dining space with inverted trussed to accentuate the dining space and natural wood ceiling. The surrounding structure is cladded in running bond metal defining Jason's Deli To Go Area that makes up more than 30 to 40% of their business. IDA focused on giving Jason's Deli Ground Up Prototype a distinct iconic look that would associate with their customer. IDA also purposely accentuated and streamlined the building lines to over define its profile to give it an overriding presence to make it stand out from the adjacent mall or strip mall presence.
