Developed by the Harlequin Group in 2014, Anthology offers fresh, creative finishes and subtle textures that will bring definition and style to both contemporary contract and domestic interiors. Whilst the original ranges featured innovative and eclectic wallcoverings, the offer has now been extended to include fabrics with the first collection of Anthology fabrics launching in spring 2016. In keeping with the wallcoverings, the fabrics have a distinctly international flavour and a global colour palette. The influence of contemporary fashion is very marked, and to draw inspiration for this cosmopolitan look the Design Studio visited several fashion exhibitions and ateliers. Anthology Fabrics comprises a collection of conversational pieces, compiled across six books including Textures 01 and Translucents 01, accessorised by four plains in a comprehensive palette of mineral shades with eye-catching highlights of accent colours. They will be presented in a niche range of small-size pattern books, to facilitate their use by designers and specifiers.
