Mesa is a new Designer Collection hood that features three bold finish options. As consumers continue to mix metals in the kitchen, the Mesa is a timeless range hood that adds depth to the kitchen with its innovative shape and attention to detail. Available in satin gold, matte black, and stainless steel finishes, the Mesa Wall hood is the ultimate in ventilation design and technology. The Mesa was designed with an angled rectangular shape and that can be extended with an optional duct cover, installed alongside cabinetry, or on its own to make a bold statement. The range hood is designed with invisible touch controls that blend seamlessly into the front of the range hood. Baffle filters can be easily removed and washed in the dishwasher. A powerful and quiet blower controls the Mesa’s three speed levels from low temperature cooking to high-heat searing. A convenient accent rail combines both form and function and is available in satin gold and stainless steel. Tri-level LED lighting illuminates the cooking surface and provides a soft glow to the kitchen at night. An ADA-compliant remote control option is available. The Mesa Wall features a CleanAir function that will turn the hood on once every four hours for 10 minutes to ensure the air is properly recirculated.
The Design Process
The Mesa was designed after feedback from the design community looking for a range hood in mixed metallics, in particular – brushed gold. This is Zephyr’s first gold hood and it was created to meet the need of kitchen applications that incorporate these unique finishes. It also features all of the innovative technology by Zephyr to ensure the consumer is receiving the latest in design, innovation, and technology.
