As part of a multi-year task-order contract with a government agency, Group Goetz Architects (GGA) designed this modern office interior, located in the heart of Manhattan, to provide the agency's federal workers with a “best-practices office environment. The space is highly efficient, functional, and projects a quality ‚¬Ëœfirst impression' for this regional district office. An articulated glass façade defines the reception area, which is further accented with aluminum, dark wood and lit glass panels. The neighboring conference room includes two wooden credenzas to serve the room's functional needs and anchor the softer tones of the glass and illuminated columns.GGA also supports the Agency's Washington, DC Headquarters and 70 other cities nationwide, which house Field and District Offices. GGA provides comprehensive planning, design and management for all phases of the Agency's real estate needs.
