Figueras' patented Integral Form technology combines the upholstery, the foam and the internal metal frame into one indivisible block. This technology gives the product a lifespan of up to five times longer than those using conventional systems by preventing upholstery and cushion deformation from repeated use. Maintenance is also simplified — seat blocks are easily removed for replacement and spare parts in identical shapes and sizes are readily available. The TS System fire barrier is attached directly to the upholstery to prevent flames from reaching the foam by causing the material to become rapidly carbonized. This system significantly reduces the amount of smoke and toxic gases emitted in the event of a fire.
