5 Ton Crane Mounted on Building Side

An ever-present reality in every industrial facility is the fact that maintenance of capital equipment is a necessity. Since this equipment may need to be overhauled, rebuilt or exchanged during the life of a project, Blenkhorn and Sawle Limited employs a number of different lifting strategies to help our clients (and ourselves) adjust to this sometimes unforeseen circumstance. Listed below if a number of different lifting applications. One of the benefits of our rigid frame building design is that crane options can be supported with little relative change to the overall cost of the project. Compare this to the cost of the on-site crane rentals required for the installation of an equivalent self-framing building application.Safety and ease of operation is the goal of all facilities. With the crane options made available through the use of our modular buildings this goal is easily achieved. The options chosen from the list below are dependent upon your equipment and operational procedures.Free standing hydraulic floor cranes by from 1,500 lbs to 6,600 lbs Jib cranes and electric hoists from 250 lbs to 20,000 lbs Moving steel gantry floor cranes from 2,000 lbs to 6,000 lbs Bottom running bridge cranes and monorails using hoists from 250 lbs to 20,000 lbs Steel runways for optimum design Exterior running rails to allow for removal of equipment from the building
