Bella-Dura performance fabrics, received the first Earth-Minded Award (EMA) from the American Society of Interior Designers and Hospitality Design magazine during the Hospitality Design Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The judging panel, made up of a LEED accredited interior design professional, a member of the ASID Sustainable Design Council and the vice president of interior design for Marriott Hotels, believed the Bella-Dura performance technology was highly deserving of this honor given all of its attributes which include a minimum of 1500 hours lightfastness, 100% bleach cleanability, a minimum of 50,000 double rubs, inherent anti-microbial, mildew and stain resistnace and all can be recycled at the end of their uselful lives with a reclamation program currently in operation.
