The Flanders Cord is ¼” (5mm) fine linen woven cord on tape in which the intermingled yarns create a tonal ombré.The Flanders gimp is a ½" (13mm) gimp with a dimensional dual-ply braid running down the center of a fine ribbed groundThe Flanders Border is 1.5" (38mm) twill border with a subtle strié in certain tones.Created from the finest Belgian flax, our trimmings are loomed for softness and dyed with highly saturated pigment.Throughout history, flax has been harvested and woven into linen textiles across the Flanders region of Belgium, known since the Renaissance for its wealth and cultural interests. Belgian linens characteristically have a soft hand, rich color absorption and are noted for their durability.
