NOHrD tools are manufactured in Nordhorn, Germany, using wood from renewable forests in the country. Bark and wood are fully processed to reduce waste and avoid waste, and production residues are reused to produce energy. The 1500 square metre area of the Nordhorn factory is also used to produce solar electricity to power production machinery, achieving low-emission efficiency.
