We offer a Soft Start option for Elevette ® 500 lb. Winding Drum drive systems. This option utilizes a variable frequency/voltage drive and three-phase motor specially-made for Inclinator by Leeson. Soft Start is standard on 750 lb. drive systems. ¢ Increases the reliability by reducing start-up torque and current of the motor. ¢ Maintains desired starting characteristics independent of loads. ¢ Available for immediate delivery. The Soft Start option can be included in our new Emergency Battery Lowering controller (as shown in the photo). It is totally internal to the controller and does not add to your installation time. Soft Start does not require a reversing contactor and requires only three leads to the motor.
