Jorge Pensi designed his Plusmodo kitchen around the idea of visibility. The clear-glass pull-out trays can be used to showcase anything from Grandma's china to saucepans. Satin-glass shelves shine light upward and downward, and the 6-inch countertop of laminate or granite veneer has a honeycomb substructure.
