The fittings can be combined with the G.U-thermostep threshold for outstanding thermal break at the bottom area of lift-slide and lift-tilt-slide units. All functions of G.U-lift-slide and lift-tilt-slide fittings are controlled via turn handle which comes in two designs, each in variants with cylinder bore, for single and double sided application and also as removable handles; available in the materials aluminium, stainless steel and polished brass.In special elongated version, the handles are suitable for barrier free use. HS-SPEED Limiter ‚¬â€œ Safe operation of large and heavy units When a lift-slide unit with high sash weights is opened or closed, the moving sash gains momentum. It accelerates and builds up kinetic energy which makes it difficult to decelerate the sash again. The HS-SPEED Limiter prevents heavy sashes from accelerating, thus avoiding damage to persons, property and parts of the building structure.
