Robustly engineered with upgraded LED technology for a higher lumen output, WAC Lighting expands on the highly successful LEDmeÂ® Impulse 120-volt track luminaires with a turbocharged 21W version. The solid die-cast aluminum Impulse is offered with various color temperatures and optics, as well as professional lighting accessories. Engineered with state of the art high output LED technology for superior thermal management including outstanding heat dissipation, the Energy StarÂ®-Qualified Impulse offers a CRI (color rendering index (CRI) of 80 and delivers over 1000 lumensâ€”950 lumens at 2700K, 1020 lumens at 3000K, 1010 lumens at 3500K and 1030 lumens at 4000K, with a high efficacy of up to 49 lumens per watt. Impulse delivers a higher lumen output than 50-watt MR16 fixtures while consuming nearly 60% less power. The LEDs feature a long 50,000-hour life and are ANSI (American National Standards Institute) compliant and tightly binned to ensure the finest color consistency and quality.Impulse was developed with unique multi-chip technology that improves thermal management while centralizing the light source with one replaceable LED module rather than multiple LEDs. Two different types of reflector optics are available, including spot (28-degree) and flood (45-degree) beam spreads. The versatile luminaires can be dimmed to one percent with an electronic low voltage dimmer and operate on WAC line voltage track systems, along with popular tracks in the industry.Three designer finishes are available, including Brushed Nickel, Dark Bronze and White.Optional professional lighting accessories include a Framing Projector that provides precise focus adjustment to project images and highlight artwork and wall dÃ©cor, as well as an adjustable Barn Door Louver attachment for optimal glare control.Impulse is backed by WACâ€™s 5-year product warranty.
